 Try your best  In Mahabharat pandavas and Lord krishna tried their best to avoid the war. Krishna gave assurance to the duryodhan that if he offers them only five Villages then pandavas will not demand any thing else.  Duryodhan told you are talking about five villages but I am not ready to give land equal to the tip of the needle. Krishna told that now there is not any other way except war to resolve the matter.  Here Krishna showed his aversion to war  but it happened. This shows the destiny whatever there to be happened it would certain to happen but one should try to use his wisdom to analysis the good and bad and always support good.  Human life is very short and nobody is  immortal. So one should try to achieve knowledge and wisdom in this life. Try to know our self, think who we are?  These are my views and experiences, you are free to oppose are support.   Generally don't be hesitate to take your Right. If you think that you are doing great by sacrificing your rights and you will be appreciated for this then it is your mistake and you are not on the right track.  Taking Right   Talking and taking our right is right. Always think that you have to take your right and  that should be legitimate. When Pandavas demanded their kingdom after coming back from the exile Duryodhan was not ready then Pandavas had to resort to the War. This was not simple War  It was religious war.  Leaving Right What if you want to sacrifice your every legitimate right then it is good work. This may be good in your views but actually you are promoting the bad practice as you know only deserving person should be given donations but generally it is observed you will considered good till you are giving things to others as you demand your thins back you will no longer be good.  I think one must not take others things, rights illegall...

  Confront Vs Conflict Raise our concerns is good if you have any issue with any one then  say openly.  Discuss your issues and try to resolve your problems. If you don't raise the issues and you always register your protests to yourself then, how other will come to know and problems will persists and you will have mental trauma always. If you don't get solutions of your problems then also you will be satisfy that you did your part and now again you will witness the reality that you don't have any control on the results.  So just convince yourself that if you have any issue with other, you will address the matter and try to find the solution.  In mahabharat first Pandavas went to Duryodhan to demand their legitimate part of the kingdom but Duryodhan was not ready to give Pandavas any thing as little as a tip of needle then the War broke out between them.  So remember Confront is not conflict and it will lead you to the solution. 

                     JUST WORK It is the essence of geeta that we have control on work not on the result so always watch your actions and don't think about the results.  It is very difficult to understand that why we should focus on the work noton the result, because we do everything keeping in mind the result.  But here we should understand that when we think about the result then there are several factors which may affect the results.  Result is bounded why the circumstances, for example nobody thought or anticipated about the impact of corona in 2020 that there will be totally lock down, but it happened.  As for as work is concerned only one factored is involved that is ourself and we can convince ourselves towards work but we can not be sure about the results After following zero errors mechanism our launching of satellites  don't give the expected result.  Presently Ukrain Russia war is going on , ...
